Payments

We accept PayPal - and through PayPal we accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay by VISA or MASTERCARD via the PayPal site without having to set up a PayPal account. When you click on the "checkout" button, you will simply be redirected to the secure PayPal website where you can click on "Don't have a PayPal account?". You will be prompted to enter your credit card information and shipping/billing address. You are completely protected by PayPal's top-of-the-line security, but you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account.

Any orders unpaid in 72 hours will be canceled - but you can reorder any time.

We collect sales taxes for purchases made in the state of NJ (6.625%)

Shipping

We ship by USPS Mail to anywhere in the US and for international orders.

We'll ship your order of rolled maps via USPS mail.. Orders are shipped from New Jersey, so if you live in the continental United States, you will typically receive your order by USPS Priority within 1-3 business days of order fulfillment and for USPS First Class within 1-6 business days. For International orders please visit our eBay store (eBay has a Global shipping service). These are estimated times by the Post Office. We have NO control over shipping times.

Refunds

Refunds and Exchanges (for non-custom work/orders)

We sell quality products and we stand by every purchase. If you ever have a problem, we will make it right.

Items that are shipped by USPS Priority are insured. If you receive a damaged item shipped by USPS Priority, You must notify us right away. You must keep the damaged package with damaged item until the Post Office verifies the damage.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase in its original packaging (in sell-able condition) within 14 days for a refund of your purchase price. It's as simple as that! Buyer pays for returned postage. Postal insurance is recommended just in case item is damaged by the Post Office.
